On September 25, 2016, at 2:15 p.m., a 45-year-old West Bend woman reported an unknown actor(s), entered her unlocked vehicle and stole her purse while she was inside the dog park with her dog.
OWI – 2nd OFFENSE 600 Block of Hickory Street
On September 25, 2016, at 1:58 a.m., an officer observed a vehicle driving without headlamps or tail lamps on. The officer stopped the vehicle and found the driver was intoxicated. The 32-year-old West Bend woman failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .282% in a PBT and was arrested for OWI – 2nd Offense.
