December 13, 2021 – West Bend, WI – The Shell West gas station, 3100 W. Washington Street, in West Bend, WI has been sold.
Pat and Bud Osowski and a silent partner purchased the gas station from Steve Kearns on December 28, 2012, for $2.1 million.
In 2012, when the lot was known as Station 33, the parcel was assessed at $1,168,200.
The 2021 assessment is $1,408,400.
Pat Osowski sold to West Bend Investment LLC on December 6, 2021, for $1.9 million.
Pat Osowski said he sold the station because he is “downsizing.”
“We had four stations and now we’re down to two,” he said. Locally Osowski also owns the Shell station, 815 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend.

“It’s really hard to compete with a multi-billion dollar company,” Osowski said.
West Bend currently has five Kwik Trips; two stores opened in town in 2021.
There has been rumor about a sixth store opening in West Bend, WI within the next two years. Click HERE for details.
Complaining about Kwik trip isn’t going to get any sympathy from the people that actually buy gas in West Bend. West Bend has horrifically gouged consumers over the last at least 4 decades, maybe more with extremely inflated gas prices. Only when KT came to town did prices lower to where they should be. The good ol’ boys club has been disbanded. đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť
Prices never changed! They had to agree that they wouldnt low ball all the other stations around us!
Kwik Trip does a great job at everything! We are glad they are finally HERE!!!
