August 18, 2021 – West Bend, WI – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the following information pursuant to WI Statute 301.46(2m) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety, awareness and protection.
The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex offense. Further, his criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects a low potential to re-offend.
Kevin A. Holub will be released from prison on August 17, 2021. After his release he will be homeless in the West Bend, WI area. In 2010 Kevin A. Holub was convicted of Third Degree Sexual Assault. Kevin Holub has served his entire sentence and will not be on probation. Kevin A. Holub will be required to wear a live tracking GPS unit.
This sex offender has served the prison sentence imposed on him by the courts. He is NOT wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear, but rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
