Jan. 20, 2017 – West Bend, WI – The UW-Washington County mens basketball team rallied from an 18-point deficit but ran out of time in a 70-66 loss to the talented Concordia University JV squad.  All 12 players for the Wildcats saw significant action in the game showing a high level of determination and hustle.
Scoring leaders for UW-WC were Dre Johnson with 14 points, Evan Rathke with 13 points, Shawn Fischer with 10, and Randy Howard with 9.
Rebounding leaders were Miles Perkins with 9 and Randy Howard with 6. Â Evan Rathke led assists with 6 and steals with 3. Â Matt Lane, Emmett Williams, and Shawn Fischer had 2Â steals each while Dre Johnson and Sam Krause added 3 and 2 assists respectively.
The men return to action Saturday, Jan. 21 at home for a 2 p.m. game versus UW-Marinette.
