UWM at Washington County propelled to 87-75 victory over UW-Whitewater at Rock County Rattlers | By Jacob Schmick

Jan. 21, 2019 – Washington County, WI – On a snowy Saturday afternoon, the UWM at Washington County Wildcats took on the UW-Whitewater at Rock County Rattlers.  The Wildcats came to play and jumped to an early double-digit lead.

Two early three’s by both Michael Wallace and Ross Waddell helped propel the Wildcats offense to a scorching start.

UWM at Washington County scored a season high 47 points in the first half, and went into the locker room with a 47-34 lead.

In the second half, the Wildcats continued offensive dominance, and maintained a double-digit lead for the entire half.

Deovante Trease collected five offensive rebounds in the half.  Overall, balanced scoring and a season high 20 assists propelled UWM at Washington County to a 87-75 victory over UWW at Rock County Rattlers.

Michael Wallace led the team with 24 points.  He shot 4 for 7 from behind the arc and 10 for 15 overall.  Ross Riegleman bested his previous career high by two points scoring 18 and dishing out a season-high 5 assists.  Deovante Trease scored another 14 points and led the team with 13 rebounds.  Vinny Skowera added another 11 rebounds. The Wildcats finished with season highs in rebounds (50), assists (20), 3-Point attempts (32), and shot attempts (88).
