October 1, 2019 – Kewaskum, WI – The National Weather Service issuing a Flash Flood Watch for Washington, Dodge, Fond du Lac and Ozaukee Counties as well as much of southeastern Wisconsin.
Roger Strack of Kewaskum took the video below of the first wave of rain that passed through Washington County on Tuesday afternoon.
The rain came down in torrents accompanied by strong strikes of lightning and thunder.
