July 1, 2021 – West Bend, WI – The team at American Companies rang in the month of July 2021 with a double celebration. There was a ribbon cutting for the new Marriott TownePlace Suites, 715 E. Water Street, which opened in West Bend this past May 2021.
Across the parking lot, another celebration, as Trail’s Edge Apartments are making strong progress to completion in 2022.
The three-story, extended-stay Marriott TownePlace hotel offers large rooms, comfy beds, a couch that flips open into a hide-a bed, and a cute kitchenette complete with plates, cups, and cookware. The 68-room hotel is located in the former Gehl Company manufacturing site.
“We knew this site had high potential for redevelopment and are pleased to present the first hotel located in downtown West Bend,” said Kraig Sadownikow, president of American Companies. “This is the type of project will enhance the community and attract new visitors and businesses.”
