January 1, 2021 – Washington Co., WI – Roads are a bit slick as a band of snowy weather passes through Washington County on New Year’s Day.

The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement for Washington County and the surrounding area.

Snow likely, mainly after 5 p.m. Patchy fog before 5 p.m. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 31. Northeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tonight
Snow, mainly before 11 p.m. Patchy fog before 1 a.m. Low around 19. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Saturday
Partly sunny, with a high near 30. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the afternoon.
