Here’s a first look at the interior of the former Schwai’s in Cedar Creek. The building was purchased three years ago by Kevin and Amy Zimmer. The couple have been bringing the building up to code and adding their own personal touch. (See story about ‘History playing a big part in Cedar Creek.’)
Business partners Travis Dowden and Benjamin Anderson will be opening their restaurant, Bibingers, in the next few weeks.

My 5th great grandfather started Bibinger’s waaaaaaay back in the 1800s! Johann (John) Bibinger, and my grandmother is a Bibinger. I am excited to see this and will be making a special stop down to see this place – just reading this give’s me chills!
