September 9, 2022 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend West JV1 volleyball team hosted the Slinger Owls in their second North Shore Conference match of the season Thursday night.

After losing the first set 24 – 26, the Spartans worked hard to start fresh the second set winning 25 – 18 and followed the third set with a 26 – 24 win.
Sets from Morgan Winkler and Aly Wagner allowed for some impressive kills by Emy Miller with 6 and Rylee Faehling with 3. Miller also had 3 ace serves, Morgan Winkler had 9 assists, and Roni Fahrenkrug finished the match with 13 digs.
The Spartans next game is September 13 at Cedarburg starting at 5:30 p.m.
