June 8, 2021 – Germantown, WI – On June 8, 2021 at approximately 6:51 p.m., Germantown Communications was notified of a fire alarm at Deguzman Professional Building, W172N9723 Division Road.
The alarm specified “main level smoke.”  Upon police and fire arrival, smoke was detected in the building.
Germantown Fire Department was assisted by multiple local fire departments.  Division Road was shut down in the vicinity of the building for approximately 90 minutes.   The origin of the smoke appeared to be an electrical short in the furnace. Minor damage to the business, exact dollar amount unknown at this time.
