Hartford, Wi – Hartford Community Chorus celebrated the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America through the gift of song with a concert that included The Star-Spangled Banner, This is My Country, and The Folded Flag.
As usual, the audience had the opportunity to participate in singing some of our country’s best-loved music.
Special recognition was given to all who served and are currently serving in the military.
The folded-flag presentation explained what each fold represents, bringing deep reverence for those in grief. Local chapters represented in this program included the American Legion 19, United Vietnam Veterans, and VFW 8834.
This concert will be etched in our hearts as one to be remembered forever. God Bless America!
