Feb. 20, 2019 – Washington Co., WI – Eileen M. Schroeder (nee Sauer) passed away peacefully on February 20, 2019.

She was born on November 12, 1950 to Peter and Audrey Sauer (nee Nelson), in Medford, Wisconsin. She graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1968. Eileen married her husband Arthur on August 2, 1969. Eileen loved to travel and enjoyed crafting, especially with her Stampin’ Up friends making cards, and spending time with her family. She was a loving babysitter and nurse’s aide.

Eileen is survived by her husband Arthur F. Schroeder, son Arthur J. Schroeder, daughter Carla M. Wade (Jereme), grandchildren Andrew P. Schroeder and Kaitlyn M. Wade, sisters Linda Sauer Schnabel, Rita Kenner, brothers Richard Sauer (Sheila) John Sauer (Karen), sister-in-law Betty Maxwell (Boyd), Sue Schroeder, brother-in-law Jack Schroeder (Dodie), Rich Schroeder (Pat), Jim Schroeder (Carrie), and Chet Schroeder (Patti). Eileen is further survived by longtime friend Joan Harter (Jerry), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Eileen is preceded in death by her parents Peter and Audrey Sauer (nee Nelson) sister Ruth Sauer, sister-in-law Jane Schroeder, and brother-in-law Tom Schroeder.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at The Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend)

The family would like to thank the staff at Kathy Hospice and Horizon Home Care and Hospice for their loving care of Eileen.
