Nov. 11, 2018 – Town of Polk, WI – One person was reportedly trapped and three people injured following a single-vehicle rollover accident Sunday afternoon on I41 near County Highway K in Washington County.
On-scene WashingtonCountyInsider.com reporter Ruth Marks said the accident occurred sometime before 1:45 p.m.
Flight for Life was called to the scene. It took off around 2:30 p.m. with a woman on board.
Two other people, possibly a father and daughter, were transported by ambulance to Hartford.
Marks said there was “mud on top of the minivan indicating it appears to have rolled.”
The minivan is upright on the median shoulder of the southbound lane of I41.
Rescue crews on scene included Slinger Police and Fire Departments, Allenton Fire Department and ambulance, two Lifestar Ambulances, Washington County Sheriff, and St. Lawrence Fire Department.
Neighbors are being asked to keep the family involved in your thoughts and prayers.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the accident. More information will be posted when it becomes available.
