West Bend, WI – Students, teachers and veterans from the West Bend American Legion gathered at St. Frances Cabrini School for a flag-raising ceremony and to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.
Local Boy Scout Troop 3796 helped present the flag as students stood outdoors on a brisk but sunny day to participate in the ceremony. Veteran John Kleinmaus led the presentation.
