West Bend, WI man facing felony charges after allegedly firing a shotgun at delivery driver

February 18, 2022 – West Bend, WI – Charges were filed today in Washington County Circuit Court against John Joseph Norman III of West Bend, WI in connection with an incident Wednesday night, February 16, 2022, that involved a shotgun and a DoorDash delivery driver.

The criminal complaint is posted below. Norman III is facing 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety and use of a dangerous weapon.  Along with a felony bail jumping charge and resisting/obstructing an officer. He will appear before Circuit Court Judge Todd Martens on March 10, 2022.

A search of court records shows Norman III had other encounters with law enforcement over the past few months.
