West Bend Police look for man who approached teens

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
300 Block of west Paradise drive
On 08/22/16, at 4:30 PM, two 13-year-old females reported they were walking in the 300 block of West Paradise Drive when they were approached from behind by an adult male subject. The male told the two females he liked their hair and then started asking them questions about where they lived, where they went to school and what their names were. During the interaction the male shook the girls’ hands, kissed them on the cheek and then asked to kiss them on the lips. The girls told the man no and the man walked away. The man is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years of age, short dark hair, wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans and spoke with an accent.

MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH
1446 West Washington Street
On 08/21/16, at approximately 4:30 PM, a 75-year-old West Bend woman was attempting to park her vehicle in the parking lot when she drove her vehicle through the front window of the Chinatown restaurant. The woman stated she mistakenly depressed the accelerator instead of the brake causing the vehicle to accelerate through the front window. No one was injured in the crash.

POSSESSION OF HEROIN / PRESCRIPTION DRUGS / DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
Regner Park, 800 North Main Street
On 08/19/16, at 12:08, Officers responded to the upper parking lot at Regner Park for a report of two individuals in a vehicle possibly using drugs. Officers located a 28-year-old West Bend man and a 28-year-old west Bend woman inside the vehicle. When the officers approached the vehicle they observed the woman removing a tourniquet from her arm. The woman admitted she and the man had recently injected Heroin in the vehicle. Officers arrested both and during the arrest officers found additional Heroin and prescription medications that neither had a valid prescription for. Both were arrested for Possession of Narcotic Drugs without a valid prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
