West Bend Police revive 30-year-old Kewaskum man who overdosed at Regner Park

Sept. 19, 2017 – West Bend, WI – POSSESSION OF HEROIN/POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at Regner Park. On Monday Sept. 18, 2017 at 10:22 p.m., West Bend Police and West Bend Rescue responded to a call at the Bicentennial Shelter in Regner Park, for a male who was unconscious and in need of medical attention.

Officers located a 30-year-old Kewaskum male who was being assisted by a 25-year-old West Bend female, who stated the male was suffering from a possible overdose.

West Bend Rescue administered Naloxone, a medication used to reverse the effect of Opiates. The male regained consciousness, was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital for medical treatment, and charged with Possession of Heroin and violation of conditions of his probation with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

The 25 year old was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, for items located in her purse during the investigation, and for violating conditions of her probation with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
